Caddick Developments demonstrates Leeds potential to International Investors at Downing Street
Caddick Developments has highlighted to British and International investors the development and growth opportunities available in Leeds.
Johnny Caddick, director of Caddick Developments, was part of a delegation from Leeds City Council that were invited to Downing Street to present at an Investment into Cities event.
Hosted by Greg Clarke, Minister for Cities, the presentation focused on the growth potential of the South Bank of Leeds, HS2 and the private sector opportunities, including City One, a 9.5 acre site owned by Caddick Developments.
Johnny said: “As a major developer in Leeds, it was a privilege to be part of this delegation and demonstrate the growth potential this city has to key representatives from investment funds.
“City One is a 2million sq ft site with an outline planning consent for a mixed-use development which will include office space, residential, hotel, multi storey car park and leisure accommodation.”
The event also heard from delegations from Bristol and Birmingham.
