A joint venture between Caddick Developments Limited and HICA, a leading not for profit care provider, Hicalife Retirement Villages LLP (trading under the Oakbridge brand) has been created to develop and manage retirement schemes on a nationwide basis.  With the benefit of substantial backing from HBOS, we are committed to a rapid programme of development and have funds immediately available to invest. 

This represents a major step forward in the delivery of real alternatives for older people with housing and care needs, encompassing independent living and extra care concepts built around communal facilities specifically designed for the over 55's. Our first scheme of 216 units at Buckshaw Village in Chorley will be completed in spring 2008 and we are currently working in partnership with a number of Local Authorities for the provision of extra care facilities.
