Sky Gardens rising by one floor per week
Caddick Developments is pleased to confirm that Vauxhall Sky Gardens is progressing at a rate of one floor per week, and that the show apartment will be available to view from 21 August 2015.
The project is scheduled for completion in April 2017, and will ultimately deliver 239 homes, along with offices, shops and leisure space.
The tower core will have reached level 24 by Christmas, leaving just 11 floors to be completed in the new year. The 8thfloor Sky Garden, one of the defining elements of the scheme, will also be completed this month. The development is one of the first in London to introduce the Sky Gardens concept, whereby all apartments will have their own winter gardens and will benefit from the use of the two communal Sky Gardens on both the 8th and 34th floors.
Johnny Caddick, director at Caddick Developments, commented: ‘It’s been fantastic to watch Vauxhall Sky Gardens rise out of the ground since construction began earlier in the year, and we’re looking forward to welcoming the first visitors to the show apartment shortly.’
