Vauxhall Sky Gardens
Situated in the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area, Vauxhall Sky Gardens which recently won Housing Project of the Year at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2014, will rise to 36 storeys. The scheme, which was designed by architect, careyjones chapmantolcher, will help complete the redevelopment of the South Bank, an area undergoing significant regeneration.
Vauxhall Sky Gardens was one of the first new developments in London to introduce the Sky Gardens concept. All apartments have their own winter gardens and will benefit from the use of Sky Gardens on the 8th and 34th floors delivering year round amenity space for residents. The area is set to become an ultra-modern destination in central London offering 16,000 new homes, 25,000 new jobs, new schools, parks, culture and the arts, and Vauxhall Sky Gardens will join a list of illustrious new developments.
