Caddick was appointed preferred developer for this development in partnership with Colchester Borough Council. The aim: to transform the St. Botolph's area into a £70m retail and leisure scheme as part of the town's ambitious regeneration plans.
The site will be redeveloped to create approximately 155,000 sq.ft. of retail comprising an anchor store, retail units, restaurants, cafés and a car park.
The development has been designed specifically to solve the retail floor space shortage in Colchester and to provide optimum configured retail units.
