Caddick Group is an established and expanding property development company incorporating Caddick Developments, Caddick Land, Caddick Construction and Caddick Civils. With an exciting and growing pipeline of developments, the business requires a Marketing and PR Manager to co-ordinate such activities for Caddick Developments, Caddick Land and its’ new family built-to-rent venture.

We are seeking a Marketing and PR Manager to take responsibility for both corporate and project marketing and PR.

  • A relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Possess highly developed business acumen and social competencies to manage decision making in a family business culture
  • Focussed on delivery, but at ease with a dynamic business environment
  • Proven track record of creative solutions (needs driven)
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills and an eye for layout and design
  • Knowledge of different media production technologies
  • 5+ years relevant working experience, preferably in the property and/or residential sector
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple projects effectively under pressure and to deadlines

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Setting and overseeing the implementation of Marketing and PR strategies
  • Day to day management of external marketing and PR consultants, both local and national
  • Communicate the marketing and PR strategy (and its’ implementation) with internal and external audiences
  • Coordination of web design and marketing material
  • Stakeholder engagement for planning purposes and marketing
  • Development and justification of Marketing and PR budgets, including monitoring and reporting
  • Engagement with Caddick Construction and Moda Living’s (a sister company) internal marketing and PR teams
  • Support Head of CSR to effectively communicate charitable giving and other CSR initiatives
  • Proof reading and support in drafting copy for sign off by Directors
  • Co-ordination with external PR consultant of social media content
  • Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity
  • Event co-ordination and support, including ground breaking and topping out events
