SCARBOROUGH BUSINESS PARK
The 83-acre business park, the first of its kind in the town, has outline planning consent for a mix of uses including:
- 1,057,400 sq.ft. of industrial and office accommodation incorporating both design and build, and speculative units
- A 20,000 sq.ft. hotel and 9,325 sq.ft. of restaurant space
- 11,000 sq.ft. of ancillary retail space
- 39,500 sq.ft. of car showrooms
The infrastructure which has opened up the site was a £10-million project between Caddick, Scarborough Borough Council, Yorkshire Forward and the Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber.
Occupiers include Raflatac, TEF Transport, Gladman Developments, HSBC Commercial, Handelsbanken and NFU.
