We’re pleased to announce the completion of a forward‑funding agreement for Phase 2 at Farington Park with Arrow Capital Partners and Cerberus Capital Management.
The final phase will deliver 96,000 sq ft of Grade A mid‑box industrial and logistics space across four detached units, responding to strong occupier demand in the North West. With direct access to the M6, M65 and M61, Farington Park continues to build on its position as a prime logistics destination.
Caddick Construction will commence works in May, marking the final chapter of our 50‑acre Farington Park development, following the successful delivery of more than 550,000 sq ft in earlier phases.
