We’re delighted to share that we have secured planning for Phase 1 of EM.EX Worksop – our newly launched flagship employment site in the East Midlands which is set to become Bassetlaw’s largest industrial and logistics development.
Phase 1 will deliver key infrastructure and a serviced development plot, including detailed consent for a 2 million sq ft multi-level unit for a known occupier. This first step will help create hundreds of new jobs, with the wider 300-acre masterplan unlocking up to 4 million sq ft of additional space and up to 4,000 jobs across future phases.
With construction starting in 2026, EM.EX will offer a modern, flexible and well-connected business park designed to attract leading national and international occupiers.
