Ashton Park will offer up to 360,000 sq. ft of high-quality, sustainable logistics accommodation, strategically located with easy access to the M6 and the wider Strategic Road Network.
This development is set to achieve BREEAM excellent and will feature:

Our proposals aim to generate substantial benefits for the local community, including approximately 400 jobs during construction and around 700 well-paid and skilled jobs once operational.
