Caddick acquired this seven acre site, close to Junction 1 of the M18, off-market and later secured planning permission for a new 141,750 sq.ft. warehouse. The unit was forward sold to Royal London Investment Management and then built by Caddick Construction. The completed development comprises a new high-bay warehouse with ancillary offices.
