Caddick handled the development of new regional premises for UPS Logistics (UK) Ltd at Dewsbury. As a pre-let to UPS, Caddick developed the 10-acre site at Shaw Cross to provide an 110,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse as well as office space and a vehicle maintenance unit. The design and build was completed by Caddick Construction before an investment sale to Canada Life.
