This prestigious development on the outskirts of York has become a high-spec destination for John Lewis, M&S and Next. After struggling to find suitable locations within the historic centre for their large store formats, a joint venture between Caddick and Oakgate Group unlocked a strategically important site for the region.
This will also provide desired sports facilities for the city, as well as a new home for York City FC and the York City Knights Rugby League team.
