Wakefield 515 is an 515,820 sq ft warehouse facility, located to adjacent to TK Maxx Regional Distribution Centre at the M62 and A1(M) junction.
It’s strategic location offers access to major cities and ports across the north of England, and is currently the largest single logistics building under construction in the UK. This £50m scheme, previously know as Cross Point Phase 2, was acquired by Panattoni and AEW and will now be occupied by Amazon.
