As we mark the close of FY 2024–25, it’s been a positive and productive year for Caddick Developments, with strong progress across our land, residential and logistics portfolio.
Over the financial year, we continued to move key schemes forward, including:
Rose Wharf, Leeds, advancing a landmark waterside office development
Scarborough Business Park, where we completed a 178,000 sq ft industrial unit alongside a number of successful land plot disposals
SOYO, Leeds, with construction progressing on this major city‑centre regeneration scheme
Alongside delivery, we’ve continued to invest in future growth, with an increase in our pipeline of around 20% to 21m sq ft of industrial space and c. 21,000 new homes.
As part of the wider Caddick Group, we work closely with colleagues across Caddick Construction Group and Moda to unlock sites and progress high‑quality developments from land through to delivery.
Looking ahead, we’re focused on the year to come, including:
Progressing nationally important schemes such as EM.EX Worksop and Farington Park
Continuing construction at SOYO, with Block D heading towards topping later this year
Advancing a number of strategic sites, including new settlements, across our pipeline
