Rose Wharf recognised at Yorkshire Children’s Charity Commercial Real Estate Awards

We’re delighted that Rose Wharf has been recognised with the Disruptor of the Year award at the Yorkshire Children’s Charity Commercial Real Estate Awards.

Delivered by Caddick Developments in collaboration with Design Tonic Ltd, Rose Wharf has transformed a Grade II-listed former flax mill into a contemporary workspace that celebrates the building’s industrial heritage while meeting the needs of modern occupiers. Original features including cast-iron columns, exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings have been carefully retained and complemented by high-quality amenities and sustainability-led upgrades.

The award is a testament to the collaborative efforts of everyone involved in bringing this landmark Leeds development back to life. We’d like to thank our project partners and the wider team whose expertise and commitment made this achievement possible, while also congratulating all the winners and finalists who helped support such an important cause.

Rose Wharf offers:

  • 51,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, with suites from 400 sq ft through to 35,000 sq ft floorplates.
  • Fully furnished suites, a business lounge, bookable meeting rooms and riverside terraces.
  • Sustainability features including photovoltaic panels, air-source heat pumps, EV charging and active travel facilities.
  • Rabbit Hole Coffee, an on-site café providing quality coffee and refreshments for occupiers and visitors.
