We’re pleased to share strong progress on the third phase of our SOYO development in Leeds. Block D, constructed by our sister company Caddick Construction, marks a major milestone in the ongoing transformation of the area.
Developed through a joint venture between Aermont Capital and Moda, Block D will deliver 291 high-quality student bedrooms, complemented by a 24-hour gym, rooftop terrace, and dedicated study spaces – designed to create an exceptional student living experience.
This latest phase builds on the success of earlier SOYO developments, including Hestia’s Mercer West, Madison East, and Moda New York Square. Together, these developments now provide homes for over a thousand residents and have helped establish SOYO as a vibrant, inclusive neighbourhood.
Since construction began in 2019, each phase has contributed to shaping a dynamic new destination at the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter. With phase three now underway, the SOYO neighbourhood continues to evolve by bringing together modern living and a thriving cultural and residential community.
