Caddick Developments has been shortlisted for two awards at the Insider Media Lancashire Property Awards 2026, recognising the strength of its development activity and partnerships across the North West.
The business has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year and Commercial Developer of the Year, alongside some of the region’s leading businesses and property professionals.
Caddick Construction Limited has also been shortlisted for Contractor of the Year, marking a strong showing for the wider Caddick Group.
The nominations recognise the teams, clients and partners behind the projects being delivered across the region, highlighting the continued collaboration and commitment that underpin Caddick’s work.
