Ferrars Road, Sheffield

The Ferrars Road project is a residential housing scheme in Sheffield. We aim to deliver a mix of 93 new and affordable homes which will be available via Together Housing Group, comprising of 19 two-bedroom houses, 70 three-bedroom houses and 4 four-bedroom houses.

This will be the first occasion that Caddick Land, Caddick Developments and Caddick Construction work together to take a residential project all the way from sourcing the site to completion of the new homes. Construction is due to commence early in 2021, with the first homes being ready for tenants from 2022 and overall completion in 2023.

Leeds Valley Park South

Situated at a strategic juncture between Junction 44 of the M1 and Junction 7 of the M621, the site boasts 300,000 sq ft of high-quality warehouse space across six units, each designed with sustainability front of mind.

Ranging between 25,000 and 70,000 sq ft, all six units offer space for a range of logistics, manufacturing and distribution uses. The surrounding complex has also been landscaped to enhance local biodiversity and create a welcoming work environment.
