This £100 million logistics scheme is home to the new UK processing and distribution centre for TJX Europe, the parent company of retail brand TK Maxx and HomeSense. The development provides more than 1.2m sq. ft. of space and has created up to 1,800 jobs.
Moor Park 25
Moor Park is the 15-acre plus location that’s rapidly establishing itself as West Yorkshire’s newest distribution and manufacturing hub. Located in close proximity to Junction 25 of the M62, the first phase was completed and let in 2019.
The second phase of Moor Park 25 has delivered five further industrial buildings, each ranging between 19,500 – 59,000 sq. ft, providing a total 180,000 sq. ft of versatile new logistics and commercial space.
