The Felling Centre, Gateshead

A joint venture between Caddick and the Helmsley Group saw a multi million pound regeneration of a retail destination in Gateshead.

The development delivers a range of different sized shops and outlets, as well as accommodating an Asda superstore in a busy urban setting. Built by Caddick Construction, the project illustrates the advantages of the Group’s vertical integration and was delivered on time, on budget and fully let.

Trinity, Leeds

Trinity Leeds is the retail and leisure heart of Yorkshire’s largest city. Delivered in partnership with Land Securities the development encompasses over a million sq.ft. of prime space and has been valued at £590 million.

SOYO, Leeds

SOYO is the £300 million pound project creating a new neighbourhood at the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter. The development is transforming the views along the Headrow within the city, and borders some of the city’s largest and most creative establishments including Leeds Playhouse, Leeds College of Music, BBC Studios and Northern Ballet.

The new Leeds City college campus and refurbished Leeds Playhouse are now open, with the first phase of residential development for New York square now completed. Works have now started on site for Phase 2 of SOYO Leeds Build to Rent scheme for Hestia – the residential platform for Federated Hermes.

South Village, Leeds

We have received unanimous approval from Leeds City Council for a major, new , mixed – use neighbourhood in the South Bank of Leeds.

The 2m sqft scheme, previously named City One has now been re-branded as South Village.

South Village could provide up to 1,925 homes, 650,000 sqft of commercial space and significant landscaped areas, all centred around a curated ‘village green’ set to be the size of a professional sports field, and accessible to both residents and local community alike.

Located, just off Meadow Road, South Village has been designed to meet the highest environmental standards, improved connectivity across the south of the city, and will make a significant contribution to Leeds’ target for new housing provision within the city centre.

Stonebow House, York

An iconic York city centre building in a historically sensitive environment, Stonebow involved the transformation of a mid-century office into a stylish residential development, with private parking and high quality retail spaces at the foot of the internationally famous, medieval shopping street the Shambles.

New York Square, Leeds

The first phase of the new SOYO neighbourhood regeneration in Leeds, New York Square will feature 515 high-quality apartments in two towers around a central public space. The development will also host a range of on-site amenities in addition to high spec retail spaces on the ground floor.

Tandem Place, York

Tandem Place is a prime retail and residential development located to the East of York. This project allowed for a large new format food store for Co-op, ample parking and 20 high quality apartments.

The high-spec homes were sold into the investor and occupier market, whilst the 13,000 ft store is a busy and essential service for local residents.

Oakbridge Village, Chorley

Oakbridge Village offers genuine alternatives for older people providing a mix of independent living, assisted living and dementia care.

A joint venture between Caddick and a leading non-profit care provider enabled the development of 216 units and is a key element of the wider Buckshaw masterplan for a new community in Chorley, Lancashire.

City Exchange, Hull

Sympathetic conversion of an iconic Grade II listed building into a development of 42 apartments, whilst maintaining its distinctive architectural features. The development was one of the first, major residential schemes in the city centre which helped establish a new precedent for sale values in one of the UK’s recent Capitals of Culture.
